Job Summary
Coordinate and implement NRC programs in Protection, Information, Counseling, and Legal Assistance, and WASH sectors, ensuring interventions align with target population needs and donor contractual obligations. Represent the organization in strategic coordination spaces alongside the Area Manager, providing technical leadership across all enumerated sectors. Drive a collaborative operational environment, manage resources efficiently, and promote an integral, inclusive approach to guarantee technical quality, coherence, and impact in program implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Coordination and implementation of NRC programs in Protection, Information, Counseling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) and Housing and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)
- Ensuring interventions respond to target population needs
- Ensuring interventions meet contractual responsibilities with donors
- Strengthening humanitarian response in Ecuador
- Representation of the organization in strategic coordination spaces
- Articulation with the Area Manager
- Technical leadership and representation in each of the enumerated sectors
- Promotion of an integral and inclusive approach in program implementation
- Ensuring quality, technical coherence, and impact of interventions
