Manage customer queries and cases via email and chat platforms while handling post-booking activities including execution, coordination, and query resolution. Act as the single point of contact for customers in the Africa region, ensuring smooth shipment flow through internal coordination and supporting clients with shipment updates and documentation-related queries. Maintain SLA adherence and timely communication while handling exceptions, follow-ups, and issue resolution within defined processes to contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a process-driven, afternoon shift environment.
