Job Summary
Assist with the delivery of patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse by performing technical, therapeutic, and administrative tasks and procedures for which you have been trained. Demonstrate the ability and willingness to participate in a Patient Care Team as a multi-skilled caregiver, remaining flexible in response to changes in a fast-paced environment. Act quickly in emergency situations while utilizing strong problem-solving skills to maintain quality in your own work. You must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire or transfer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or 10 years of relevant experience
- BLS obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer
- ability & willingness to participate in a Patient Care Team as a multi-skilled caregiver
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- strong problem solving skills
- ability to act quickly in emergency situations
