Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children across three Montessori locations in Lake Forest and Irvine, CA. Monitor student progress, foster a harmonious environment, and maintain educational continuity during regular teacher absences. This traveling role requires flexibility to work at any of the three campuses based on immediate need. Starting at $18.00 to $20.00 hourly, candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED and possess 12 Child Development Units. A $1,000 hiring bonus is available for qualified applicants.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
- Willingness to travel to any of the locations based on the need
