Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children across three Montessori campuses in Lake Forest and Irvine, CA. Monitor student progress and create a harmonious environment while maintaining continuity during regular teacher absences. This role requires flexibility to travel between locations based on need and demonstrates patience, a nurturing attitude, and a genuine love for working with young learners. Starting at $18.00 to $20.00 hourly, eligible candidates receive a $1,000 hiring bonus. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience
