Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children across three Montessori locations in Lake Forest and Irvine, CA. Monitor student progress, foster a harmonious environment, and maintain program continuity during regular teacher absences. This role requires travel between campuses based on need and demands 12 Child Development Units (CDU) as a state requirement. Starting at $18.00 to $20.00 hourly, candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, patience, and a nurturing attitude. A $1,000 hiring bonus is available for qualified applicants.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
