Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities across Bergamo Montessori's three campuses, ensuring the safety and well-being of children while monitoring their progress and development. Maintain continuity in educational programs during regular teacher absences by adapting to varying locations based on immediate needs. Create a harmonious environment where young learners and staff thrive through patience and strong collaboration. Requires 12 Child Development Units and a high school diploma or GED. Starting pay is $19.00-$21.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
