Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children across three Bergamo Montessori campuses. Monitor student progress while fostering a harmonious environment where young learners thrive. Travel to any of the three school locations based on immediate staffing needs. Maintain continuity in educational programs during the absence of regular teachers. Requires 12 Child Development Units and a nurturing attitude toward toddlers and preschoolers. Starting pay is $19.00-$21.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
- Willingness to travel to any of the locations based on the need
