Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children across three Bergamo Montessori campuses in Sacramento and El Dorado Hills. Monitor student progress, foster a harmonious environment, and maintain program continuity during regular teacher absences. Requires 12 Child Development Units, ability to use office equipment, and flexibility to travel between locations as needed. Starting pay is $19.00-$21.00 hourly based on education and experience. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
