Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities across Bergamo Montessori's three campuses, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor student progress and development while fostering a harmonious environment for young learners. Maintain continuity in educational programs during regular teacher absences by providing flexible support in childcare settings. Requires 12 Child Development Units and ability to use standard office equipment. Starting hourly pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
