Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities across Bergamo Montessori's three campuses while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor student progress and development, fostering a harmonious environment where young learners thrive. Travel to any of the three locations based on staffing needs to maintain continuity during regular teacher absences. Maintain flexibility and patience while supporting early childhood education programs. High School Diploma or GED required, with 12 Child Development Units mandatory per California state regulations. Starting hourly pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
