Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities across Bergamo Montessori's three campuses, ensuring the safety and well-being of children while monitoring their progress. Create a harmonious environment where young learners and teachers thrive during the absence of regular staff. Maintain continuity in educational programs by demonstrating flexibility, patience, and a nurturing attitude toward toddlers and pre-school students. Complete 12 Child Development Units as required by the State of California. Starting hourly pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00, with opportunities for advancement within the Endeavor Schools family.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
