Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children across three Bergamo Montessori campuses. Monitor student progress and development while fostering a harmonious environment where young learners thrive. Maintain continuity in educational programs during teacher absences by demonstrating flexibility, patience, and a genuine love for working with toddlers and preschoolers. Requires 12 Child Development Units and ability to use standard office equipment. Starting pay is $19.00-$21.00 hourly. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
