Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities across three Bergamo Montessori campuses in Sacramento and El Dorado Hills, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor student progress and development while maintaining continuity in educational programs during regular teacher absences. Create a harmonious environment where young learners thrive by demonstrating flexibility, patience, and a genuine love for working with toddlers and preschoolers. Requires 12 Child Development Units and ability to use standard office equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
- Willingness to travel to any of the locations based on the need
