Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children across Bergamo Montessori's three campuses. Monitor student progress, foster a harmonious environment, and maintain educational continuity during regular teacher absences. This role requires flexibility to travel between Sacramento, El Dorado Hills, and Rush River locations based on immediate needs. Starting pay is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, contingent on education and experience. Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED and complete 12 Child Development Units as required by the State of California.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
