Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children across Bergamo Montessori's three campuses. Monitor student progress and foster a harmonious environment where young learners thrive. Maintain continuity in educational programs during regular teacher absences while demonstrating flexibility to travel to any location based on need. Requires 12 Child Development Units and a high school diploma or GED. Starting hourly pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
