Job Summary
Operate milling equipment to produce various flour types and regularly withdraw product samples for quality assurance. Monitor production processes, resolve malfunctions, and strictly adhere to hygiene and safety regulations. Requires completion of a miller or food technologist training, extensive experience in automated milling operations, or equivalent machinery operation background. Possess strong knowledge of traditional grain varieties and demonstrate technical understanding with independent problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Müller, Lebensmitteltechnologe, oder langjährige Erfahrung als Anlagenführer
- Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion in einem vollautomatisierten Mühlebetrieb oder in der Lebensmittelbranche
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der herkömmlichsten Getreidesorten
- Selbständige Persönlichkeit mit einem technischen Verständnis
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Maschinen
- Effizientes Arbeiten
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
