Conduct on-site startup, operation confirmation, and adjustment while performing data analysis and simulation for issue resolution and improvement. Propose system optimizations and refine existing automation projects under senior engineer mentorship. Gain deep understanding of logistics systems, equipment, and control through hands-on implementation. This role is designed for engineers to grow by combining on-site deployment experience with software and system design knowledge, eventually leading to full system design capabilities. Early involvement in real cases allows rapid skill acquisition, with potential responsibility for projects valued in tens of millions of yen.
