Job Summary
Design and lead automation system implementation in logistics warehouses by conceptualizing multi-device processes including conveyors, AGVs/AMRs, and robots. Optimize line balance, analyze bottlenecks, and refine process capabilities based on production engineering knowledge. Manage multiple vendors and handle on-site startup, tuning, and troubleshooting while converting ad-hoc operational decisions into logical algorithms. This role leverages manufacturing line design experience to tackle high-uncertainty logistics environments characterized by fluctuating demand and diverse product mixes. You will optimize the entire inbound-to-outbound process rather than isolated stations, working across various industries without vendor dependency.
Required Qualifications
- 製造業における生産技術、工程設計、ライン設計、設備導入の経験
- 工程改善や生産性向上(ボトルネック改善、レイアウト改善等)の経験
