Develop production work instructions and improve manufacturing processes while ensuring tool and equipment safety. Conduct hardware failure investigations on returned items, perform product testing and inspection, and collaborate with design engineers and suppliers to resolve production challenges. Manage inventory for raw materials and finished goods, support manual and automated tool development for efficiency, and maintain laboratory equipment. Participate in 5S activities, assist in evaluation testing, and help formulate production plans for outsourced partners. This 12-month training program includes weekly check-ins with senior engineers, tailored learning resources, and formal evaluations at six and 12 months. Successful candidates are promoted to full-time operation engineers with opportunities to work with global suppliers and tackle practical engineering tasks in a growing technical environment.
