Conduct customer production site analysis to extract challenges and design production processes including engineering, takt, and line balancing. Develop automation equipment specifications for robots, hands, and conveyance systems, then execute layout and line design for equipment placement and material handling routes. Propel the entire project by managing quality, cost, and delivery timelines while coordinating with internal and external engineers across software, mechanics, and control domains. Leverage experience in production technology, equipment introduction, and line startup to drive solutions involving multiple stakeholders. Work across multiple client production lines to broaden technical scope, taking full responsibility from design through implementation to evolve into a system designer integrating robotics, equipment, and IT.
