Job Summary
Inspect, analyze, test, measure, repair and perform full or partial overhauls on directional motors and other oilfield drilling components. Disassemble/reassemble equipment to pristine condition, ensure tools/test equipment are serviceable and accounted for, and follow manufacturer manuals/bulletins. Include housekeeping of yard/shop spaces, forklift operation, safety PPE, and participation in meetings/trainings. Requires ability to read/write/speak English, use hand/power tools, navigate shop/yards, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours including after hours, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: Motor Shop experience and QA/measurement equipment experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months of stable related work history
