MTSS Specialist - Kingsbury Elementary

Implement early intervention strategies for at-risk students by developing, documenting, and maintaining Individual Student Growth and Learning Plans and behavior intervention plans. Provide direct intervention and progress monitoring for students in reading, math, behavior, and social-emotional learning while utilizing research-based methods. Work with building-level teams to support PBIS and Trauma-Informed strategies, facilitate goal-writing, and deliver curriculum and instructional support to teachers. Maintain the student database tracking MTSS support and intervention results. Participate in ongoing professional development training. Perform all other duties as assigned.
