Job Summary
MTS - Research role across infrastructure, AI runtime, and post-training/alignment. You will be a T-shaped engineer with strengths in at least one area (Scale & Infra, Product, Extensibility & DevTools, AI Runtime & Evals, Post-Training & Alignment) and work primarily with Typescript and Python. Responsibilities emphasize building scalable, high-concurrency, low-latency systems, prototyping and shipping agentic workflows, designing APIs/SDKs, model/eval design, and improving agent performance through training rather than prompting. We value ownership, platform thinking, and the ability to navigate multiple layers of the stack.
