Job Summary
Process and equipment engineering to support production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release. Responsible for creating/analyzing technical data (SPC/DOE/split lot/JMP/Klarity), performing process matching to reduce variations, and driving CIP to improve performance indices. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address yield, excursions, and best practices across fabs, while adhering to EHS requirements and contributing to major technical projects. Senior-level contributor capable of mentoring others and leading medium-to-large initiatives; requires a university degree and substantial manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- BS in a technical discipline (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related)
- 6-7 years of experience with BS or 5-6 years with MS or 3-4 years with PhD as per role details
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and lithography processes
- Strong data analysis skills (SPC/DOE) and familiarity with equipment integration
- Demonstrated ability to lead or work within cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of CIP/continuous improvement methodologies
- Safety, Environmental, Health & Security requirements
