Job Summary
The MTM Pharmacist will provide telephonic Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to high-risk members, facilitating improved health outcomes through medication reconciliation and clinical interventions. Applicants must be licensed pharmacists residing in eligible states, demonstrating a strong ability to work in a remote, structured environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active pharmacist license (good standing) in HI, TX, IL, FL, or PA
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to maintain productivity and focus in a remote environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior MTM experience (Outcomes MTM Connect highly preferred)
- Previous call center experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Experience meeting goals in a remote role
