Job Summary
Join a telephonic medication therapy management team as an MTM Pharmacist, where you will conduct comprehensive medication reviews and optimize treatment plans for high-risk members. A strong clinical background and excellent communication skills are essential for improving patient outcomes and ensuring safety in medication management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school
- Active pharmacist license in TX, HI, IL, FL, or PA (must reside in one of these states)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous MTM experience, especially using the Outcomes MTM Connect platform
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Experience meeting productivity and quality goals in a remote/work-from-home environment
- Prior call center experience
