Job Summary
Oversee Level 1 Maintenance Supervisors and perform Incident Desk Coordinator duties on off tours. Responsible for processing and distributing incident, accident, and other reports; operate from NYCT Command Center locations (OCC or 130 Livingston Street) as directed. Must have a NY driver license and five years of relevant maintenance/installation experience with at least one year in a supervisory capacity. Strong knowledge of telephone equipment, PBX, fiber optic networks, and safety practices; proficient in desktop tools and able to liaise with unions (TWU, SSSA) and adhere to NYCT rules.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of full-time satisfactory experience in the maintenance, installation and repair of telephone equipment or electrically operated alarm equipment; at least one year of supervisory experience.
