Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment for vaccines/devices; plans and schedules labor, equipment, and tests to evaluate standard and special devices; sets test parameters and compiles data to define changes in testing equipment, procedures, or manufacturing processes; responsible for testing customer samples and for special tests; may mentor colleagues and lead projects in a senior, autonomous capacity within Medtronic's R&D/testing domains.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with minimum of 5 years relevant experience OR PhD with 3 years relevant experience.
