Job Summary
Establish and improve process condition and technology; upgrade process capability and reduce production cost; establish and modify process management projects; set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment; evaluate, promote and plan new equipment/materials; perform abnormal analysis and implement improvements; collaborate with Process, Integration, Automation, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost reduction in semiconductor manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of semiconductor experience
- Experience in equipment troubleshooting and abnormality improvement
- Experience in performance improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost control projects
- Strong collaboration with Process, Integration, Automation, and cross-functional teams
