Job Summary
Shift Nurse at Micron Health center to safeguard employee health and workplace safety. Responsibilities include executing employee health management per policy and regulatory requirements, planning and conducting annual health examinations, promoting health programs, performing Return to Work and Fitness for Work assessments, supporting four occupational health programs (ergonomics, workload management, maternal health protection, workplace violence prevention), coordinating onsite physician services, providing first aid and health consultations, following up on injuries/illnesses, and conducting workplace health inspections and risk assessments. Requires nursing education, RN license in Taiwan, 2+ years hospital clinical nursing with occupational health or factory experience, and ability to work rotating shifts; completion of 52-hour Occupational Health Nursing Training.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or above in Nursing or a related field
- At least two (2) years of hospital clinical nursing experience, with occupational health or factory nursing experience
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Taiwan
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including day/night shifts and weekends
- Completion of the required 52-hour Occupational Health Nursing Training
