MSWC Platforms User Acceptance Tester will be responsible for testing functions and status reporting to support Wealth Management digital platforms used by financial advisors, branch managers, support professionals and clients. Key duties include: understanding business requirements to create test scenarios; conducting functional, regression, and end-to-end testing; opening and maintaining test accounts and supporting production checkouts; adapting to working hours across regions; learning platforms and becoming a subject matter expert; working in an Agile Squad with Technology and Platforms teams; assisting in refinement of acceptance criteria; providing testing status to the Squad and UAT Leads; escalating risks and issues; building test plans, test cases, and scripts; testing negative scenarios; acting as a proxy to Product Owners and Business Analysts to manage defects; and maintaining understanding of MSWC business contexts. Required skills emphasize attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to manage multiple projects, strong listening, research, and communication, independence and teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, technology or related field; internship or relevant experience in a professional setting preferred.
