Job Summary
As a Clinical MSW Intern, you will work alongside Phamily's Lead LCSW to co-develop and launch a brand-new Behavioral Health Integration program for Silver Cross Medical Group. You will conduct Bio-Psycho-Social Assessments and SDoH screenings, provide evidence-based brief therapy (MI, SFBT, CBT), drive patient enrollment into Care Management services, help design workflows and clinical processes, identify and connect patients to community resources, and support care management escalations. The role emphasizes hands-on program development, patient-centered care, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, with a hybrid on-site/remote work arrangement and telehealth components. You will receive weekly clinical supervision from an experienced LCSW and engage with digital health platforms to document data and streamline communication among providers.
Required Qualifications
- Current MSW Student: Actively enrolled in an accredited Master of Social Work (MSW) program
- Interest in Program Development & Collaboration
- Tech-Forward Mindset: Comfortable learning and navigating digital health platforms, collaboration via Slack/Zoom
- Empathy & Communication: Strong active listening and clinical boundary skills
- Adaptability: Thrive in a hybrid work structure with on-site and remote care capabilities
