Job Summary
Conduct MST assessments by reviewing referral information, identifying key participants, and analyzing problem behaviors within the ecological context. Engage primary caregivers and other systems in active change-oriented treatment while overcoming barriers to participation. Implement problem conceptualization, treatment planning, interventions, and outcome reviews using the MST Analytic Process, ensuring clear documentation for peer and supervisory feedback. Collaborate with relevant systems to secure buy-in and cooperation throughout treatment. Provide direct clinical treatment compatible with MST principles and actively participate in training, supervision, and consultation activities. Support the development of a positive team culture and represent Peaceful Spirit and SoCoCAA professionally within the community.
Required Qualifications
- MST training will be provided
- Conduct MST assessment to include, but not limited to: Review of referral information
- Identifying and engaging key participants
- Identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses
- Developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context
- Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement
- Implement a problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention, outcome review and strategy revision procedure using the MST Analytic Process
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promotes peer and supervisory review and feedback
- Demonstrating compliance with the 9 MST Principles and the MST Analytic Process
- Show ownership of and works with clinical team to ensure program is meeting targets as outlined by MST model and funding contracts
- Collaborate with all relevant systems and key participants within each system to ensure their buy-in and cooperation throughout MST treatment
- Provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with MST principles and practices
- Participates in all MST training, supervision and consultation activities in a manner that supports professional development and team growth
- Represents Peaceful Spirit and SoCoCAA within our communities in such a way that reflect professionalism and commitment to quality
- Supports the development of a positive culture for the MST team and Peaceful Spirit as a whole
