MST Therapist

Job Summary
Conduct intensive home and community-based therapy for families with adolescents displaying social, emotional, and behavioral disorders to promote positive social behavior. Complete assessments including biopsychosocials, develop measurable treatment goals, and record case progress notes for MST and CGRC reporting. Handle administrative duties such as chart documentation, billing, and authorizations while actively participating in required supervision and consultation. Be available to immediately intervene in crisis situations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Work collaboratively with caregivers to change youth function in their natural setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work
- Minimum one (1) year experience working with child and families in a mental health, education, child welfare or juvenile justice system / secure juvenile setting
- Broad clinical practice experience in family, child, behavior, individual therapies, group counseling and crisis intervention/stabilization
