Job Summary
Conduct Multisystemic Therapy (MST) with at-risk youth and families to improve functioning and reduce out-of-home placements. Schedule regular meetings and travel to homes and external systems like schools and courts to manage treatment plans. Develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with stakeholders, document all activities in electronic health records, and close cases as appropriate. Assume on-call responsibilities for weekly and weekend service needs through team rotation. Maintain CPR and first aid certifications while adhering to regulatory standards from MST, DHS, and JCAHO. Collaborate with supervisors to review case status and ensure fidelity to the MST model, utilizing Adelphoi software for documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a discipline related to a field of study in family treatment, social services, psychology or other similar academic preparation as required by Pennsylvania licensure regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in a discipline related to a field of study in family treatment, social services, psychology or other similar academic preparation as required by Pennsylvania licensure regulations
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's License (PA if residing in Pennsylvania)
- Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances
- Proof of Auto Insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree; preferred 1 year of professional work experience in the field of human services including but not limited to relevant experience with children, youth and families within a social services environment
- Bachelor's Degree will be reviewed; 3+ years of professional work experience in the field of human services including but not limited to relevant experience with children, youth and families within a social services environment
