Job Summary
Design and evolve Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure platforms, ensuring availability, security, and scalability across enterprise environments. Write high-level and low-level designs for delivered features, participate in architecture brainstorming, and develop value propositions for new requirements. Lead customer meetings in English, manage complex L3 problems, and execute platform migrations from legacy systems to newer versions. Implement high-availability solutions, backup strategies, and automation initiatives using PowerShell and Ansible specifications. Required Qualifications
- MSSQL DBA ENGINNER
- al menos 4 años de experiencia
- Able to lead & manage customer meeting in English
- 5+ Years of infrastructure / technical delivery
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server (especially version 2019, 2022, 2025)
- SQL Server infrastructure experience on Microsoft Windows Server
- Experience on one of the SQL Server high availability solutions (Always-On, Windows Server failover clustering, etc…)
- Experience of SQL Server backup solutions such as full, diff, transaction log, copy only, filegroup, etc...
- Experience in security related topics between SQL Server, Windows and a corporate directory service (Kerberos, certificates)
- Experience managing complex L3 problems
- Experience of migrating from old version to new ones
- Experience in working in highly regulated security focused environments
- Very strong ability to develop PowerShell scripts or analyse / modify existing ones
- Able to provide automation specifications to the Ansible team

Desired Qualifications
- As a bonus (but not mandatory), experience of SQL Server on Linux is a plus
- Looking for SQL Server infrastructure implementation design knowledge (neither looking for an SQL expert, nor specialist in tuning queries, or indexes)
- Knowledge of SQL Server tooling is a plus (SSMS, …)
- Experience on TDE (Transparent Data Encryption) on any database engine is a plus
- Basic knowledge of using / modifying firewall rules related to SQL Server and its associated tooling
- Bonus : Experience of migrations from Oracle to SQL Server
- Basic Git usage is a plus
