Job Summary
Member Service Representatives support the Member Services Department by providing support and assistance with training on products offered by the organization to our clients. Responsibilities include logging into CBT lab systems, preparing rooms for instructor-led classes, seating students, monitoring the CBT lab and assisting instructors, greeting students, handling card/ribbon stock, troubleshooting IT issues, assisting at the front desk, and closing the CBT lab per policy. This role requires punctuality, dependable communication, and the ability to work in a professional manner; high school education or equivalent is required, with 1-3 years in member services and bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent; 1-3 years experience in member services; English grammar proficiency; basic computer skills
