Job Summary
In this full-time MSR-Call Center role, handle member interactions and transactions across multiple channels, provide guidance on credit-union services, educate members on products, and support cross-selling while resolving issues in the first interaction. Lead with world-class member service, maintain confidentiality, assist with online/mobile banking issues, and help with wires, payments, and account transfers. Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on understanding member needs and exceeding financial goals through accurate information and proactive service.
Required Qualifications
- Education – High School degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous credit union experience is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of financial industry concepts, related laws, and regulations
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
