Job Summary
Tier III Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance Technology Plus's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities span Level 1 through Level 3 tasks including user support, system monitoring, network and server administration, security, backup and recovery, architecture design, and automation. The role involves collaboration with clients and internal teams, participation in IT projects, documentation, and ongoing professional development. Based at the Louisville, KY office with a full-time Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM schedule; occasional variation to include office, warehouse, and other locations. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) in IT/CS or related field and relevant certifications; strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; a passion for staying current with IT trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in staying up to date with latest IT trends and technologies
