Job Summary
Technical MSP Project Coordinator to guide client projects from planning through completion in an established MSP environment. Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Support to ensure smooth transitions, maintain comprehensive project documentation in PSA systems, monitor KPIs, and lead or participate in client meetings and scoping sessions. Recommend effective technology solutions for clients, leveraging knowledge of Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, SAN/storage, Microsoft 365, networking, backup and disaster recovery, cloud services, and MSP tooling (ConnectWise, N-Able). Requires 3+ years of IT project coordination/PM experience (MSP experience preferred) and a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business or related field; relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, Project+) and familiarity with EOS/Traction, NIST/CMMC beneficial. Hybrid on-site with occasional remote flexibility in Bridgeville, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- PMP, ITIL, Project+, or similar certification
- Knowledge of NIST, CMMC, or related compliance frameworks
- 3+ years of IT project coordination or project management experience
- MSP experience strongly preferred
- Experience with PSA and RMM platforms such as ConnectWise or N-Able
