Job Summary
Mid-Level MSP Field Technician responsible for delivering both remote and on-site IT support in the greater Los Angeles area. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks across Windows and Mac environments, document resolutions, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors. Expect on-call rotations and travel to client sites within LA (car and license required). Stay current with technologies through ongoing training and knowledge-base resources.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting Windows and Mac environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for applications, network layers, email security, cloud platforms (M365/Google Workspace), and servers (Windows, Mac, NAS).
- Excellent communication skills – explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Organization, time management, and the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
