Job Summary
Be a customer hero! Analyze and solve client issues related to hardware, software, and networks (Layer 1-3). Respond promptly and document everything clearly in our system. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex requests. Participate in on-call rotation (after hours) and travel to client sites within LA (car & license required). Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies through training and knowledge base resources.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting Windows and Mac environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for applications, network layers, email security, cloud platforms (M365/Google Workspace), and servers (Windows, Mac, NAS).
- Excellent communication skills – explaining technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Organization, time management, and the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
