Job Summary
MSP Level 1 Technician to provide remote and on-site IT support for SMB clients. Responsible for handling technical support, system maintenance, incident management, client communication, and thorough documentation. Requires IT knowledge across hardware/software installation, maintenance, and security, with strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation. The role involves both remote and on-site work, backups and monitoring tasks, and opportunities for advancement within a collaborative TeamLogic IT environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in an MSP or IT support environment
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience with network configurations and common business applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, G Suite)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused approach and ability to build strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools and ticketing/documentation platforms (e.g., NinjaRMM, Autotask PSA, ServiceNow, Zendesk, IT Glue, SharePoint)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
