Job Summary
MSP Level 1 Technician provides remote and on-site technical support to SMB clients, performing hardware/software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting; manages incidents with SLAs; communicates with clients; documents configurations and procedures; enhances security through antivirus, firewall configurations, and regular audits; supports system installation and configuration for new and existing clients; identifies opportunities for process improvements and contributes to best practices; collaborative, customer-focused technician with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills in a remote-with-on-site environment.
