Job Summary

Adjunct Faculty for the Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) Program teaches advanced nursing theory and practice. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating nursing curriculum, teaching clinical and didactic courses, overseeing clinical instruction, grading evaluations, advising students, and ensuring student success. A Master of Science in Nursing is required, along with board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a minimum of one year of experience in online teaching and patient care.

Required Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner credential
  • Minimum one year experience in online teaching
  • Minimum one year direct patient care experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Current unencumbered state professional license (RN, FNP, PharmD)
