Job Summary
Deliver engaging instruction in accordance with the MSMA curriculum; maintain classroom and clinical lab environments that promote hands-on learning; provide regular feedback, guidance, and support to students; participate in campus events such as open houses, graduation, and student enrichment activities; maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student records; demonstrate professionalism and accountability; ensure compliance with institutional, accreditation, and industry standards; collaborate with faculty and staff to support student retention and completion.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program, having earned a certificate, diploma, or degree
- Three (3) years of recent experience in a medical facility
- Must be certified or registered (CMA, RMA, LPN, RN, or CCMA), or able to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
- Availability to work Morning (8:30 - 3:00pm) for Morning Classes and/or afternoon/evening hours (5:00 PM – 10:30 PM) two to three nights per week
