Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, balanced, and compliant scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and scientific experts tailored to clinical context. Build and sustain credible, trust-based relationships to generate actionable healthcare professional perspectives and Scientific Intelligence. Interpret and communicate AbbVie therapeutic landscape data, disease state knowledge, and evolving standards of care with scientific rigor. Generate, document, and share insights to inform medical planning and evidence generation activities while collaborating with Medical Affairs, Health Impact, and Clinical Development partners. Plan and execute engagement activities aligned with medical objectives and territory priorities in the multiple myeloma space. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all scientific interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, PA, NP, or equivalent)
- Experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research, academic science, or other scientific or healthcare roles
- Experience engaging healthcare professionals or scientific stakeholders in evidence-based scientific discussions, ideally in the multiple myeloma landscape
- Foundational understanding of disease areas, mechanisms of action, and standards of care
- Working knowledge of clinical research principles, evidence types, and study design
- Experience interpreting scientific literature, clinical trial data, or real-world evidence in a professional setting
- Experience collaborating with cross functional medical and scientific partners
- The candidate must live in the territory or willing to self-relocate within the territory
