Job Summary
Build trusted, peer-to-peer scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and external experts across Quebec. Deliver balanced, non-promotional scientific information in one-to-one and group settings while responding to unsolicited scientific enquiries. Collect and document medical voice of customer and actionable insights to inform medical, clinical, access, and cross-functional strategies. Support scientific programs, congress activities, expert engagement planning, and post-congress knowledge sharing related to cardio-renal-metabolic care. Provide scientific training and support to internal colleagues using approved materials. Support clinical development and evidence generation activities, including identifying potential clinical sites. Full professional bilingualism in French and English is required, along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 70%.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a life science, clinical, or medical field (for example MSc, PharmD, MD, PhD) or equivalent experience
- At least two years' experience in a medical affairs role
- Full professional bilingualism in French and English
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel across the territory (up to 70%)
- Right to work in Canada
- Residence within or near the assigned territory
Desired Qualifications
- Field-based experience
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, MSc, or PhD) in a relevant field
- Familiarity with the Quebec and Canadian healthcare systems, including regional care pathways, reimbursement, and stakeholder dynamics
- Proven experience supporting scientific programs at congresses and meetings
- Experience contributing to real-world evidence or investigator-initiated studies
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for diverse clinical audiences
