MSD PROJECT COORDINATOR, ECONOMIC RECOVERY-CONFLICTED AFFECTED POPULATION (Internal Only)

Job Summary
The MSD Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate a Market Systems Development project across multiple regions, leading market assessments and developing market-based interventions to support economic recovery in conflict-affected areas. This role encompasses project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting while ensuring strong partnerships with stakeholders. The coordinator should possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a focus on inclusive economic growth. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, development studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in market systems development or related field
- Excellent knowledge of Markets Systems Development (M4P) approach
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership management
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation, and report writing
- Strong project management skills
- Fluent in English and capable in Amharic/Afar/Tigrigna
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in Amhara, Tigray and Afar Regions
- Knowledge of MSD principles and best practices
- Experience with digital project management tools
